To cater efficiently the set objective, Mediline has various functional divisions that play a vital role in accomplishing the aspired vision.

Research & Development unit
We have been continuously developing various import substitutes for domestic as well as international markets. To continuously provide latest technology to our users and for constant upgradation of the existing equipment, we have a team of biomedical engineers and doctors who complement their technical and clinical knowledge to deliver the same. Always coveting to be at the forefront in technology, they form the column by which a product is designed and developed as per the market feedback.

Infrastructure
Mediline has built up adequate infrastructure to support its various operations. It has zonal offices located in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi & Calcutta and has 6 branch offices to further optimize its zonal operations. The company has also acquired a 60,000 sq.ft area in Millennium Business Park, Navi Mumbai for future expansion. To sustain the market demand and the various activities of manufacturing, Mediline has created its works at Mumbai and Silvassa. Here, the manufacturing of all the equipment range of Cardiology, Gynecology and Monitoring is carried out.

Customer Support unit
The objective of Mediline customer support unit is to bring service to the doorstep of the customer and to maximize the uptime of the equipment. To substantiate this, the company has decentralized its servicing activities at a zonal level. All the customers are supported by the respective service centers which are in turn well supported by the head office service team.

We have the honour of receiving orders from naval hospitals like INHS Ashvini, INHS Kalyani, ASD Naval Hospital, Government institutions like BYL Nair Hospital, KEM Hospital, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Maskati Hospital, Bangalore Hospital, A.P.H.M.H.I.D.C, private nursing homes like Ruby Hall Clinic, Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Marmagoa Port Trust Hospital etc. to name a few.

We have also installed our equipment throughout the length and breadth of India by many World Bank assisted State Health Systems Development Projects i.e Punjab Health Systems Corporation, Orissa Health Systems Development Project, Uttar Pradesh Health Systems Development Project, Maharashtra Health Systems Development Project etc.
