Ever since its naissance in 1992, Maestros (Listed on Bombay Stock Exchange) has carved a niche in competitive fields of Cardiological & Gynecological equipment and today is an ISO 9001:2000 / 13485:2003 certified company. We have 10 offices across subcontinent and about 200+ employees to provide prompt sales & support to customers. We have our manufacturing works at Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh).

Our range of products includes ECG Machines, Pulse Oximeters, Spirometers, Patient Monitors, Fetal Monitors, Stress Test System etc. All our products are delicately planned, designed and developed with combined dedicated efforts by our team that includes biomedical engineers, designers, doctors and other expertise to bring forth the latest technology. We also proudly acknowledge that we have designed, developed and launched recently, state-of-the-art telemedicine products like complete telemedicine software, event recorders, telemedicine peripherals etc.

Maestros has installed its equipment throughout the length & breadth of subcontinent by many World Bank assisted State Health Systems Development Projects (Punjab Health Systems Corporation, Orissa Health Systems Development Project, Uttar Pradesh Health Systems Development Project, Maharashtra Health Systems Development Project, Kerala Health Systems Development etc). These World Bank assisted orders and distinguished private institutions / Government bodies have further motivated Maestros vision to become a globally renowned organization and continue designing World Class equipment.

On its focus to go global, Maestros has already started their distinct network in Far East / Middle East / Egypt and already has 500+ installations outside India in a short span of 1 year.


QUALITY POLICY
We at Maestros commit to give user-friendly medical equipment/embedded system, to our customers in order to enhance their satisfaction level. We will increase our company turnover supported by productivity increase so as to meet the delivery schedule given to our customers. We will upgrade the existing range of medical products/ embedded system & introduce new products for customer advantage and aim to reduce customer complaints. We will strengthen our tender relationship with our customer by providing the best services right from installation, servicing and regular maintenance.
 
 
INFRASTRUCTURE
The company has acquired a 60,000 sq. ft. area in Millennium Business Park, Navi-Mumbai. and also has an office in Mumbai for its IT operations.

Maestros has built up adequate infrastructure of about 15,000 sq. ft. for its manufacturing operations. To sustain the market demand and the various activities of manufacturing, Maestros has created its works in Navi Mumbai (Maharastra) and Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh). Here, manufacturing of all the equipment range of Cardiology, Gynecology, Monitoring, Telemedicine and Embedded systems is carried out.

Research & Development
 
Maestros relies heavily on research that involves stages right from transcription of customer feedback to developing cutting edge solutions. To continuously provide latest technology to users and for constant upgradation of the existing equipment, Maestros has a team of biomedical / electronics engineers and doctors who utilize their technical and clinical knowledge to deliver the same. Always coveting to be at the forefront in technology, they form the column by which a product is designed and developed as per the market feedback.
 
Marketing
We, at Maestros, follow “Everyone other than self is a customer”. This is the biggest unit of Maestros comprising of 50+ employees all over the subcontinent to support the sales activity of the company.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Maestros has built up adequate infrastructure to support its various operations. To sustain the market demand and the various activities of manufacturing, Maestros has created its works at Mumbai and also at Himachal Pradesh.
 
Quality Assurance
Each piece goes through stringent test to enable compliance with international quality norms therefore, every product that goes out of Maestros plant is guaranteed for optimum performance & long life. All products are certified as per International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and ISO 13485:2003 QMS, to ensure maximum patient safety. Our QA department performs inspection of all received raw materials, including visual inspection and performance testing. We also maintain our calibration system for all inspection and test equipment. We conduct in-process inspections, testing and audits to ensure the quality of our products. Designed processes are routinely used throughout the product development phase and carry over into routine manufacturing.
 
Customer Support    
We have a nationwide network of 12 offices to cater the customer needs. The objective of Maestros customer support unit is to bring service to the doorstep of the customer and to maximize the uptime of the equipment. To substantiate this, the company has decentralized its servicing activities at branch offices. All the customers are supported by the respective service centers, which are in turn well supported by the Head Office service team.
