Started Training operations and became the Authorized Training Center for Microsoft.

Became a Support Center for Microsoft and moved into Consultancy.

Expanded the distribution network for the Medical Electronics Division. Started operations at Bangalore and Pune.

Converted into a Public Limited company. Formed the corporate office in Mumbai and established a zonal office in Bangalore.

Acquired the IEC 601 certification for Medical Embedded Systems. Built up a factory structure for Medical Embedded Systems for full fledged production activity. Opened a branch office in Pune.

Opened a zonal office in Delhi. Started operations in Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Cochin.

Acquired additional premises at Silvassa for enhancing production activities. Obtained the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation from Bureau Veritas Quality International. Opened a branch office at Lucknow and Hyderabad.

Started the Eastern zone operations. Started additional manufacturing unit at Silvassa.

Registered with Bombay Stock Exchange.
