With a medical postgraduation, Dr. Paranjape is a Gynecologist by profession. He is a well known figure in the Indian IT Industry. He is actively involved in planning, technical design and deployment of projects. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for Solution Development Discipline. Dr.Paranjape has been awarded “Trainer of the Year” award by Microsoft for the year 1999. He was recently awarded the "Enterprise Solutions Award" by Microsoft for his contribution towards providing noteworthy solutions to customer needs for over 6 years now. He is also "Certified Information Systems Auditor" (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Dr. K. K. Menon Joint Managing Director

A Ph.D.in Macro Economics and Marketing (University of London), Dr. Menon was a visiting faculty in Narsi Monji Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and Bhagubhai Polytechnic for Marketing and Macro Economics. Dr. Menon is responsible for the marketing and finance management of the company. With his vast experience in marketing in India and abroad, he has successfully led the company to a minimum of 100% growth every year for the last 7 years.

It is the complementary skills of both the directors and its successful combination which has built Mediline into a respected Medical & IT company within a short span of time.
